It has been a hack of a joy ride so far

I've been with the company from last year so far in a short period of time it has given me and opportunity to go out there and meet people from different socio economic back grounds who not only aspire or wish to see a person do well and join their ranks but do all that they can to aid in the process, in a nutshell it has good albeit it has its cons as well.

Pros: To be frank i am not sure
Cons: I am working a 12 hours shift on a daily basis

Excellent

Good company to work at .Working overtimes & getting paid in time. Long hours but reasonable 12 hours as per security industry. 30 minutes only for lunch time. Working good as a team without any complaints.

Pros: No promotion as is a family company
Cons: Normal working hours
