Have learnt a lot but its time for a change

Contacting customers daily Following up on quotes Sales reporting and tracking Prepare information for bi monthly sales meetings. Assisting in driving the sales reps to achieve their goals. Follow up outstanding paperwork from body builders and dealerships etc in order to ensure we are ready for fitment when the truck arrives at our factory. Troubleshooting any manufacturing delays which in turn delays delivery time to customer. Handle any workmanship or factory hiccups to ensure customer satisfaction. Generally very good relations with co-workers. Maintain a good relationship with reps, Service manager to ensure the customer stays happy at the end of the day. Enjoy winning the deals and seeing the customers happy and satisfied. Have learnt to have patience and try to understand each customers individual needs and find a solution to their challenges. Have learnt a lot of technical information within the industry.

Pros: Flexibilty. Work from home.
Cons: Internal communication extremely poor. Staff unappreciated.

Made me use to a fast manufacturing enviroment

I really enjoy working at this company. It made me use to a fast manufacturing enviroment. I love the people i work with.Everyday brings new challenges that keeps me on my toes and that force me to make quick decisions. I
