Like to be exposed in a lot of thing with no limitation

I am a young vibrant person who’s always looking same new challenges in life, always looking ways of uplifting my life & develop myself. I have worked in few companies as casually & permanent base’s. I have worked as administration controller, transport controller & fleet controller monitoring in varies companies using different in house systems & policies on previous companies. An currently working at Takealot.cm as a distribution controller, am co-coordinating the KSN project, plan the routes & monitoring all couriers on board, processing claims, dealing with customers & suppliers, coordinating all the company fleet etc collections & doing IBT, cross border. Furthermore I over seen the drivers & the crew members with thin the transport industry, dispatching the keys & rout planning for collection & deliveries. Over seen the weekend & night shifts. I report directly to a Fleet manager & I work very close with dispatch team & our service team.

Pros: Am more than willing to learn beyond limitations
Cons: Have no problems working long hourse if is withthin the operations requirements

I am a good worker and fast learner who adapt to change easly

I'm goo working with people I always make sure i have a good relationship with management and staff as you don't know when you will need help from them. I have learn no one works in isolation in a company you work as a team to achieve the goals of the company I enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues The most challenging thing in a company is not to make friends with people around you and from other department as you need some info from other department as well

Pros: Be always vigilant and alert of what is happening around you
Cons: people who does not do their jobs

I learn fast .

my typical working days its a lunch breaks .where we take only 1 break .i had a good relationship with my co-workers to the management .i always present a wok .i have learn so many things . how to work with people ,picking ,packing ,dispatching to filling of stock .i enjoy all dispatching . packing.the most challenging part was logfire.

Pros: I love love to be part of your company.
Cons: 8 hours per day

My learning curve

• Making active decisions on fault legitimacy. • Capturing fault analysis reports on internal systems • Desktop Testing/troubleshooting– Hardware/Software. • Component testing/troubleshooting. • Notebook/Mobile phone/Tablet testing/troubleshooting – Hardware/Software. • Peripheral testing/troubleshooting i.e. printers / digital cameras / Audio Visual. • Software recovery & repair – all Operating Systems. – Specific to Tablets/Notebooks. • Testing/Troubleshooting communication devices i.e DSL/Wireless Access Points. • Troubleshooting & interacting with customers

I am a fast learner and good at time management

Working at Takealot has given me a clear lite, I currently test anything that is technical and in a day I get to test new items and solve new problems.

Reasons

i enjoy what i'm doing working with a great team,i look out to come to work,have a very nice and understanding,reason for me looking for a other job is that i want something permanent and a better salary course loving what you do and enjoying working for a manager does not pay my bills,my kid starts school next year and i want more for her not to have to strungle like her mother did i just need something permanent and not far from home,i give out to much traveling money where i'm currently so capetown would be much cheaper and would be a oneway traveling for me .

Excellent learning experiance

I have been with the company for just over a year now and i have learnt a lot and have grown gradually as a person and as an employee. My days at the office are never the same because i don't deal with the same people everyday and each call is a different query. So it only takes 1 customer to make or mess up your day Lol. I believe that i get along fine with everyone that i work with unless they are pretending when im around them because we work well together. I really enjoy the atmosphere in the office and the pressure that the job brings. I come across new challenges on a daily whereby customers deliveries are late or out of stock or even customer receiving incorrect items.

Pros: Discounts and always being the first to know whats new in the market
Cons: Long working hours especially over the weekend
