Excellent learning curve

I am writing to express my interest in the Call Center Agent job advertised by merSETA. I have worked for the past seven years at Taletso TVET College and I would enjoy moving into a sales role like the one available at merSETA. I have my National diploma in addition to my experience. I understand good customer service is paramount when working on the phones. I know I have potential for telephone sales and I believe I can convince people to purchase products as well. I have excellent telephone skills and have excelled in my field. I understand how to use call center equipment, computer databases and headsets. I know the importance of using provided scripts when speaking with potential customers. I am very persuasive and understand how to keep people on the phone. I believe I would be great as a call center agent at merSETA. I would like to schedule my telephone test and personal interview as soon as possible. You can reach me by email or telephone.

Great Exposure

I have acquired good management, leadership and communication skills in my lecturing experience. I've learnt to deal with different individuals,meet deadlines and provide quality work. I enjoy sharing knowledge acquired in Office Practice, New Venture and Life Orientation with learners. My typical work day entails lecturing the above mentioned subjects, setting of College Tests, Assignments and marking.

Excellent learning curve

Have had the opportunity to the opportunity to grow beyond my scope where my main duties as a cash and bank accountant to reconcile 10 bank accounts and monitor the cash flow for the college. Was also assisting and training learners on how to capture the information on Pastel Partner from Creditors, Debtors, Cash and Bank and responding to audit findings. I enjoyed teaching as it taught me to be patient and has given me a chance to review my communication technics and approach.

Pros: Transferring of skills to learners and enhancing systems and structures in place
Cons: Working overtime

Excellent learning curve

Providing support to End users. I have learned technical skills and problem solving skills. was working together as a team my relationship with co-workers was amazing and great.

Great opportunity to improve communication skills

There is great communication between management and staff. Giving students support in their studies is great. A great learning curve as marketing Assistant.My interpersonal skill and presentation skills have improved significantly.Resources neede to do td my job are available as well for students.

Learning challenges

Facilitating, assessing and moderating students. Beinig a Mentor to them guiding them to choose a good career path. Assist each other as colleaguesin our careers. I have learnt that as a facilitator you get noy from seeing my students graduating and suceeding in Life. I enjoy parting the knowledge and skills that i have with my learners. The Most challenging Aspect of my Job is dealing with students wohl are dyslexic or deaf Students because they Do things differenty that us and ist challenging if you dont Know how to deal with them

I am a student but because I now left with two subjects for n6 I am planning to study partime

I am a student but looking for a job so that I can be able to support my mom. I can work individually and as a team. I learn very fast because I am a good listener.

Pros: I am a hardworking person, that one I can re assure you
