Excellent learning curve

A typical workday comprises of meetings, performance planning and reviews, ward rounds and liaison with stakeholders. I am able to inspire trust and build sound working relations with all staff. I keep an open door policy and always willing to listen to ideas and deal with operational issues brought to my attention. I enjoy meeting with clients and patients in order to get direct feedback which I use to better our performances

Excellent growth oppurtunity

Great small company with ample growth oppurtunities. Provides understanding of all the disciplines required to service mental healthcare in the non profit area. Resourcefulness, leadership and diligence is a must.

Pros: Great opportunity for developing ones skills
Cons: Extra long hours required on own initiative
