Was good environment to work on,up until we were advised to work from home gladly was part of that company many memories made,extra team playing pecks,extra benefits if reach the target in time

Excellent opportunity

Talksure environment is always welcoming and friendly and I find that even though the processes and policies coukd be more structures. The company as a whole a great place to work in.

Have morning meetings, go through action plan with agent,have 1 on 1s with agents on shortfalls and kpi,,sales caoching, qa review and correct errors with agent ,target setting,motivate and drive sales floor ,creating incentive ideas for the day,upskilling

Excellent learning curve

Learnership programmes,RE5 exam passed ,done through the company. Learnership and development course done. Team Work,excellent relationship with co-workers. Challenges faced everyday with sales targets making me more competitive.

Work under pressure and hardworking

I am a very self motivated person as well as under working and able to work under pressure. I am a very determine person and always do my best in everything I work with. I am a very friendly and jovial person. I can work well on my own as well as in a team.I have learnt that no matter what life throws at you its how you handle and what you make out of it that matters the most.
