Great working culture

My job is very rewarding as we help client's in time of emergencies. I have learnt alot with regards to managing different personalities and conflict management. I have a great relationship with my co workers and we have an open relationship where everything can be discussed. The working shifts are a little difficult and the times are awkward.

Excellent learning other products

helping each other in terms of difficult clients,the relationship with co-workers is beyond great cos we all strive for one thing to always make the best for the company.my work place we do get full support from our management we all treated equal black, whites, coloured and indians. The most challenging aspects is when we have to deal with rude clients but have been taught no matter how rude they can be you have to always be friendly to them and be positive.

Pros: Great opportunity promotion but not much intensive
Cons: We work one weekend in a month

Willing to learn what i dont know

i enjoy working with staff an like doing my work correct from day one an trying to adapt comfortably with new staff an allways comunicating in a good manner

Pros: i would like to grow in your company
Cons: i dont have issues about working overtime
