A good learning experience
I manage the office of the company. Also run the day to day finances of the company with all the general office administration duties, including Payroll and Human Resources duties. This entails that I need to do weekly reports monthly reports of the running of the Office and Business in General, to the Board of Directors. I make instant decisions that implicate the Office and Business.
Pros: a great opportunity to grow our clientele
Cons: conflicts between employees, that I need to serve as councilor
