Excellent learning

The culture of this company is great and everyone I worked with is amazing. My co-workers are good and respectful people, I work well with them because we support each other. I learnt that it is important to work as a team because it makes work easy for all of us. I also learn that delegation of work helps to finish your tasks on time, also consideration of important tasks. I enjoy sharing, helping other people at work. As we know there are challenges at work, therefore one must find a way not to ignore those challenges consider them as staping stone to the top. The challenge I use to face was the late coming of one of my co-worker where I was the middle men between him and the supervisor and It was a very difficult situation because they were full of pride that put me in a corn to the extant that I took them to the manager and they hated me for that but I kept on doing my job and I have peace with them.

Pros: Great opportunity for contract renewal
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent Learning Curve.

I'm enjoying being an asset of this organisation.I'm doing Marketing Budgeting and Planning.I doing my very well.I have good relationship wit my co-workers.I enjoy working as a team sharing ideas and obtaining new information about the work that we do.The are challenges in this field of work because i have to work hard so that all the plans will be successful and we don't have all the material to do the work e.g computers,internet et.c.

Pros: I can work all days even weekends
Cons: I don't mind working long hours
