Skills and Experience VIP Payroll System, ESS System for Leave Management, Microsoft Office (excellent command in Excel) Payments of Claims and Overtime. Monthly Payroll Reports, Bookkeeping process of monthly journals and EFT Salaries at Month end. Personally as a Manager Support with a pleasant personality and outstanding skills in my Position. Problem Solving If there are any problems with payroll or staff personnel appropriate action is taken regarding salary recalls or recalculations are done to correct mistakes. If problems with staff necessary action regarding disciplinary hearing are done so that staff understand procedures and policies. Planning and Organizing Staff members always come to me to plan and arrange their schedules or I assist them where needed. Meetings are planned every month to make sure everyone is on the same level.

Honest worker hollic

If its deadline time at work I would make sure everyone know what is expected from them. I have never missed a deadline. I am a family orientated person so they are treated like family. My door is alway open to my staff. I have learnt to be professional people should be able to trust you with any matter. When all my work is done I can relax and breath easily. If I have a staff member that is not truthful and does not take responsibility for errors.

Excellence in dell and hp

Good ,challenging job and helps me to learn more about stock especially dell and hp stock from the receiving to despatch site.I had good communication with my supervisor and my manager throughout the whole years of working.I also have good understand and communication with fellow employees and use team work to tackle issues around the work place
