Need something closer to home, and more room or opportunity for growth

on boarding takes places on day one. We do a little induction for the employees in for company. Run the newbies through the benefits, the employee guide, health and safety. We then allocate employee codes, link their photos, access to building and canteen cards to their cards. We then send out emails to all relevant parties for all terminations for that month. Send through all necessary paperwork. Go through withdrawal forms and so on. We have fun, joke around while we get the tasks at hand done. It's all about team work. We enjoy meeting new people and making them feel right at home. The most challenging part of the job would probably be the last minute decisions to add 159 employees in 2 days and pay them all. Thought it was impossible but made it through and can be proud of an awesome experience.

Pros: Love what I do, everything about it, the hype the stress the laughs.
Cons: Alot to get done in so little time, rush rush but you only get stronger

No comment - the overall company os good however the environment in the financial department is not a happy environment. There is limited mutual respect and guidance provided

Learnt a lot about the IT Industry.

Good Senior Management team but the staff can do with some training in team work. Most teams are not helpful if you're not in their team. This spoils the good working vibe among staff members. Great company to work for.

Excellent learning curve

I work with different personalities, i learn a lot from them daily. we have a buddy system with my co-workers making sure each other's work is kept up to date in their absents. i have learnt to welcome challenges and take things one step at a time. i enjoy making my relationship with customer work for the good of the company. most challenging would be trying to make customer pay as per their terms

Pros: Great opportunity to learn new things in the training programmes
Cons: short lunch break
