I can work with numbers and do filling , typing and can wrk on pastel

its a good experience at working in the finance department cause I work in all departments -debtors -creditors and -procurements and I can associate with all the people in the company

Pros: for a permament position since i am a student
Cons: i work normal working hours eight hours a day and forthy five hours a week

Best company ever

Hectic some days, but relaxed. The culture is relaxed, but when it comes to work, the team stand together and produce. We strife for client satisfaction up to the finest detail. Management is relaxed. It is nice to walk into a manager or the CEO office (open door policy) and have a normal chat. Mostly the Managers wants you to understand that they are a person just as the employees below them are at such a extend...

Pros: Lunches for R20, Work Hard, play hard
Cons: Sometimes demanding hours, paperwork needs a bit moere held due to silo structure

Excellent, advancement and learning curve

Working at Tasima is indeed has contributed positively and in my career in terms of organisational structure, order, growing in knowledge of and about assets in a high level. Work ethics and diversity is paramount in the organisation. Accuracy and excellency is the business of the day, one has no other way but conform to the culture , which is very good for ones betterment and aspiring better prospects.
