Good Learning experience ( on my own)

it was nice working for Tata Motors, I am a very humorous person, A People Person, and my co-workers enjoyed that. My co workers are also helpful, humorous, we all have compassion for one another. I learnt how to book in vehicles, do job cards, make quotes its been really enjoyable learning something you haven't done before. A excellent Learning experience for me. I love and enjoy new software's to work on. I enjoy dealing with Customers always A pleasure helping Clients also Challenging aspects of the job was when my co-worker was on leave for a whole week. he was busy teaching me the job at that time. so I had to work my around the system and try and push the job cards out and quotes.

Pros: There isnt any Growth here
Cons: if we very busy we leave past 6 or later, we get paid for it

Good experience

Overall experience in automobile field from top to bottom I m good in body shop and all insurance work like claim I also work on the floor as as a floor manager allotting vehicle to the technical and as well as final trial and fault finding
