Excellent learning curve

Everday morning we meet and discuss how far people with their tasks and check if they are struggling and need help. If there is a tam member that is struggling a team leader or one of the team member assists struggling team member. It was nice working in my team because we discussed our work and challenges and new things we learnt. I worked a lot with C# at Maxxor and did little front-end work cause we had web designers so at Tatis Internatonal I was responsible for customing UI and making it dynamic so I had to deeply undestand HTML 5, CSS3 ,Jquery and Javascript. The challenging part was to work with Cobol,Xquery and Xpath as I never used before.

Pros: Great team leader he was good in assisting us new junior guys
Cons: I used 0ld and unpopular languages

It was a good learning curve working at TATIS International.

The company had a good environment where we got free lunch and we were like a family. However there was a few issues which people were not happy with upper management. There was not much transparency and what was said in the meeting was not always true. Working with the others but upper management was great as they made it easy to fit in. They gave you room to grow your skill and be more hands on. This was great for anyone who wants to grow professionally.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow professionally
Cons: Lack of communication and running the company in a bad way
