Reliable,Competent and Continuously eager for challenge
I have gained experience through the Logistics and the Costing department,I am a team member,very friendly,enjoy working with figures,accept challenges as a learning curve for future,Currently working as an Assistant Accountant which has been a dream come true to me,my daily duties mainly is controlling,and managing of budgets for various department,placing orders,authorizing orders and assist various managers with reports upon request,update all departments with their daily spending and advice thereof. Challenges are mainly face is month-end where I have to finalise the total Cost for the company,and some Invoice delays causing delay also from my side,where I end up working under pressure.
Pros: Trust that my Seniors have on me,my honesty,reliability,punctuality and competency.
Cons: Working on saturdays.

Good first time working experience
Although the company is full of racism, it is not a bad place to work at the salary increases are very minimal. The mthe underground employees get the most bonus

Extensive experience in the field obtained
HR mine work involves a'lot of interactions with people on a daily bases in this process your people management skills are enhanced as your are involved with a lot of different cultures and ethnicity, witch becomes helpful when conducting disciplinary cases on a daily bases. the advantage of working for the hr department on a mine is that you are exposed to information from other departments and in that regard you get a clear picture and understanding of how the organisation as a whole operates.
Pros: great environment to learn implementation of policies
