Having operated for both Uber and Taxify on the supply side of the business. I managed to become the popular face drivers relied for assistance and training. Due to all this I managed to start from just a CS agent at uber, training lead, supply operations specialist at taxify and worked my way up to being a customer support team lead. Operating on the supply side of the business was not new to me at taxify as I had gained some experience at uber however it taught a whole lot of new experiences. I currently manage a team of 10 Customer Support Specialists. As i was entrusted to performing well in this role I managed to do way more I opened taxifys first ever walk in support centre which assisted customers face to face. This department served 200 drivers per week from March 2017 & in March 2018 it wasserving approximetely 1500 drivers per week.

I am a humble person eager to endulge in new frontiers.

I have mastered the art of driving under Johannesburg roads in almost every part of Gauteng province, able to use GPS systems, looking after the vihycle to maintain water oil and other important aspects of the checklist. My actual duties include picking up clients transporting them to their desired destination. At times it's a bit difficult because clients give false information about themselves and who they really are. I basically work well my core workers as we sometimes share our experiences. I have learnt to perceiver in everything I do and what I enjoy the most is experiencing new places. The most challenging thing about this job is safety because you are valnurable to hijackers.

Pros: I would humbly like to get a permanent job and available for any future forms of education.
Cons: I would prefer working the average 8 hour shift although can work extra provided I am asked and paid for.
