I work under a lot of pressure daily and time limits. During a typical work week, one of my biggest tasks is checking diary, trial matters, emails and my staff and assessing progress on various matters/projects. I like to meet first thing on Mondays to discuss priorities for the week, then meet again in the middle of the week to check progress, and once at the end of the week to discuss goal setting for the next week. On Fridays, I make sure all tasks are completed and I've sent all the necessary communications via email and in person. Finally, I create a list of priorities for next week. If I noticed we are a few days behind on a long-term project, I met with the team and, together, we have to came up with a strategy for increasing efficiency. I also attend a weekly meeting where I present my department’s progress to the Director. On Fridays, I make sure all tasks are completed and I've sent all the necessary communications via email and in person.

Excellent employee.

I enjoy working at TCR because of the people I work with. The emplyers at TCR is great leaders. They help you in any aspect that you find you need help with. Working at TCR has improved my communication skills. The most challenging part working at TCR is the customers and how u assert yourself. KPI's is what all agents need to work on. Living the company values on a daily bases can also be challenging but if u put ur mind on it you can live these values without any problem but in order to do so would be to apply those values in your everyday life routine.

Excellent learning experience

Too much pressure but earning peanuts, staff is friendly and their hours are reasonable. They are failing to communicate before hand if there would be something impacting the company. There's a favourism in a management department e ning peanuts

Very Hard working. Technical and analytical skills are good. I am Good in excell and impact analysis. Good at learning systems. Enjoy working with people and learning new things.

where i work has taught me how to deal with difficult customers it has also taught me the negotiation skill and speed typing I Used to work with a team and our team was very tight cause we used to help each other with work. helped each other and every wedsnesday we would have an innovative day whereby we came up with ideas to build out team and to tackle work

Work ethics and company values

It is good working environment but a bit stressful sometimes, I get along with all my colleagues we make a great team we inspire each other, I enjoy giving a good customer service to my clients, the most challenging aspects is this little salary and log working hour

Excellent

It is a good company to work for as it gives all employees a fair chance to prove themselves when it comes to promotions. my day starts with opening the building and inspecting any possible water leakage in the bathrooms and coffee spots. computing reports and capturing all the orders on fraxion. arranging boardrooms and booking meetings for clients both external and internal.

Learning curve

We collect debt from debtors on behalf of our clients. We as employees we live by company's values. I have leant to work with a dynamic of people with different culture. I enjoy having to handle the challenges and growing the people who reports to me.

Excellent environment

Good working hours get paid for overtime. Nice to work as team I enjoyed incentive sometimes free lunch or gift card for shopping the most challenging is to make your target we work hard for that

Cons: If U get sick for 2 days not coming to work you do not getting your incentive
