No space for growth were I work, over worked with to much work

it been hard.I teach 9 grades and over 4 subjects. It is a private school. I don't have much growing options in this sector. Salary wise is very small.for the amount of work that we do. I teach for the sake of.the learners and because I have a great passion and much patients for kids. My school doesn't allow leave days or allow me to do my practical when needed. I am currently still studying further and plan on studying until I reach were I'd like to be. What I have learnt the most is that in the working environment my preparation and having order is my main aim. I try my utmost best to be the best that I can but when you are working a job that expects you to split yourself up into triplets is hard. I'm currently working here to pay for my studies.

Pros: Muslim school so they understand our rules,holidays etc.
Cons: Teaching all phases and all subjects can take a toll on you
