I had a good relationship will other employees,we had no time for grudges as we needed each other everyday,we had high volume of employees to assist every morning...as i was a team leader i was making sure that everyone is happy for the job to become easy,i have learned alot in the company i worked for,i learned to work with people,be a team player,how to treat customers,how to built trust and relationship with customers,i enjoyed being a senior in the office,drafting a plan and see it mature to success,it was challenging though especially on mondays as we were assisting over 200 employees in the morning,but i become happy when we are done and there are no complains,there after i will do my reports and solve problems if there is any,
Pros: the position i held it was difficult to get a promotion,
Cons: when working over time,we were getting a day off or get paid for the extra time we worked

Learning curve
Working at Teba Limited has been a great opportunity after I was given a permanent opportunity after completing an internship program with them. I learned a lot, growth im my career. I acquired professional skills and abilities. I enjoyed my work making daily payments and reconciling invoices and statements. Working in a healthy environment with my co-workers. I enjoyed the harmony we used to have. Even the challenges which I learned from, where small companies will expect to be paid immediately not following the payment terms of the invoices.

I have been with Teba for more then 5 years and I have learn a lots as been a professional, and customer service I am a fast typist at 85 WPM with an incredible attention for detail. I have good critical thinking skills and am able to make decisions regarding questionable content; though I am willing to ask for assistance from a supervisor if needed. My greatest strength lies in the ability to transcribe data quickly accurately and efficiently. I have received multiple performance
