Innovative, solution driven, pleasant hard worker and dedicated to anything I put my mind too.

I pride myself with having a good working relationship with all my colleagues, both senior and junior. I have also been told by Management that I am very good with stakeholder relations .Everyday is not the same. Each day present with new opportunities and new challenges that inspire learning. I have learnt a lot regarding meeting target, budgeting and costing for new services or products including new initiative and providing tailor made solutions to customers. I enjoy serving my customers and the relationships that I have with them. I also enjoy travelling which my work present me with

Data capture and recruiter, also worked as office administrator/ data capture at the mine.

Receive orders for job hunters, capture all information on computer, create order and do selection. Have very good relationship with fellow workers can be trusted and very much reliable. To be patient ,listen and ask where not clear. Its challenging and you learn each and every day. Its that you always have to be alert and very informative so can be competitive.

Pros: Challenging and learning everyday
Cons: Competition very hard

More hard work less pay

Too much work load but good working environment. I have learned to interact with customers and it gives me satisfaction if they walk out of the do with solutions to their problems. The challenge is dealing with difficult customers but I have a way of dealing with them to avoid making the situation worse.

Cons: Low salary, less opportunities for career development.

Build good relationships, ability to improve your education level

Working closely with management, developers and BA's in terms of improving the system and creating of reports. Also assisting stakeholders with reports they require.

Pros: Advantage of studying and further your education level.

Excellent learning curve

Working at Teba has been a great journey, there has been a development in all aspects of my life, I've learnt to work well both independently and collectively. I have faced challenges that i have learned so much from, I've acquired solving skills, negotiation skills as well as conflict management. I enjoy helping people, going extra mile just to see a smile on my client's face, exceeding clients expectations and providing quality service is what i pride myself in.

Duties Managing of staff in TOM offices, Data capturing, Produce monthly operational reports, performance management, Maintain staff records, Coordinate mine DIA’S and audits, TPS reversals for regions, Immigration act queries, Death reports, Missing serial number reports, Budget preparation and control, Ensure smooth running/ Managing of TOM Witbank, TOM Burnstone, TOM Evander and Balfour BHQ office, Management, Liaising with Foreign countries for recruitment, Negotiating new business with Gold and Coal Mines around East Rand and Mpumalanga, Initiating and compiling SLA for mining companies set by company policies, Facilitate and Implement new business projects for the region.
