Innovative, solution driven, pleasant hard worker and dedicated to anything I put my mind too.
I pride myself with having a good working relationship with all my colleagues, both senior and junior. I have also been told by Management that I am very good with stakeholder relations .Everyday is not the same. Each day present with new opportunities and new challenges that inspire learning. Data capture and recruiter, also worked as office administrator/ data capture at the mine.
Receive orders for job hunters, capture all information on computer, create order and do selection. Have very good relationship with fellow workers can be trusted and very much reliable. To be patient ,listen and ask where not clear. Its challenging and you learn each and every day. Its that you always have to be alert and very informative so can be competitive.

More hard work less pay
Too much work load but good working environment. I have learned to interact with customers and it gives me satisfaction if they walk out of the do with solutions to their problems. The challenge is dealing with difficult customers but I have a way of dealing with them to avoid making the situation worse.

Build good relationships, ability to improve your education level
Working closely with management, developers and BA's in terms of improving the system and creating of reports. Also assisting stakeholders with reports they require.

Excellent learning curve
Working at Teba has been a great journey, there has been a development in all aspects of my life, I've learnt to work well both independently and collectively. I have faced challenges that i have learned so much from, I've acquired solving skills, negotiation skills as well as conflict management. I enjoy helping people, going extra mile just to see a smile on my client's face, exceeding clients expectations and providing quality service is what i pride myself in.
