TechMahindra has excellent wok culture.

Every day I get new challenges to put my best skill and solve the issues which gives me more satisfaction of every day work. People get awarded and appreciated for their excellent contribution. My team has 30 members who collaborate and work together to achieve the project goal. With TechM collaborating with Udemy and EDex online learning platform, I got opportunity to learn Python, Machine Learning courses online. There were issues in the existing BPM implementation in Production environment and Ops team use to restart the BPM server twice every week. I analyzed the situation and designed new solution which reduced the time taken by orders to completed from 30 min to 10 min and in one case from 5 min to 10 sec (BW solution). After this fix in production the production issues sharply dropped and Production environment became more stable.

Pros: Learn new technology using online learning platforms.
Cons: No work life balance as often Saturday working. Long working hours.

Good to learn new technologies, processes, tools

Good work environment , management was supportive,aadopt new processes., , celebrating festivals and events., Annual events and awards to associates , it will help associates to maintain healthy work cultire.

Pros: Good work culture
Cons: Leave policy was not good.
