A good company, provided all resources are always available

Company requires continuous availability, even late after hours. You will learn a lot at the company if you deal with the correct colleagues. Structures very vague; i.e; Production management are allowed to instruct other management; but not the other way around. Great part of the operating system; Syspro, it's used to great extend, and almost all modules are used to their full potential and it is the perfect environment to gain experience using this software.

Pros: Great learning opportunities
Cons: Initiative is frowned upon and role players aren't keen on suggestions.
