Great business development company

Project based work. Therefore if there's no funds. The contract ends. Reliant on donor funding. This is not necessarily a bad thing, however the thought of working knowing you might. Be out of a job is unsettling

I am harder worker

Working at my company is very nice, but as a person its nice to move form one company to another to learn different culture of other companies. I have learned a lot as our company is an Organisation and as I was doing my Internship at Government, I got to learn different systems like NAV system. The most challenging aspects of my job is knocking off very late

Excellent first job experience

I am thankful for the teachings. It is a good organization that is dedicated to developing the lives of the local people. .I am also content with the impact that I made in the lives of young people that I interacted with.

A good learning experience

I make graphic banners everyday as well as taking pictures for product commerce. I make videos for projects as well for our retail shop. I retouch pictures everyday. I develop infographics for various departments for training purposes.

Pros: Good opportunity for a permanent position
Cons: Constantly working overtime

Goal driven, focused and hard working individual.

I have developed excellent interpesonal skills, through working at a big farm managing staff, and gained a lot of technical skill through being involved in the daily management of production ensuring that the farm runs profitably and efficiently. All this required one to have the ability to plan and organise work. At my current job my work involves production planning from preparing budgets,growing programs to implementation.Maintaining a good relationship with Stake holder and the community that we work with .Compiling reports and updates gor all the farming projects.

Pros: The work is rewarding as it involves empowering people,and teaching them new skills.
