Technoswitch was a good company to work for

Technoswitch is a great Company to work for, the Management cares about people and the employees are of quality. there is a team work between workers and Management which makes job easier to execute. I had a good relationship with both employees and my employer and I enjoyed much when there is stock take because you could see the advantage of the team work. the most challenging aspect of the job is when the shipment delays from the supplier and we have already run out, the clients would scream like no body's business.

Pros: no opportunity for promotion, the company is too small
Cons: normal working hours

Poor learning curve

Technoswitch is a manufacturing company where they manufacture fire detection system and they also do suppression. Their vision is to safe people s lives and assets and is a very nice organization to work at with loving employers but chances of getting promotion are very slim .

Pros: Less opportunity for promotions
Cons: Normal working hours

Great Experience gained

Technoswitch is a great company to work for they support u dearly and truelly they stand for you and with u They take care of their emplyees and is a great place to grow urself as emplyee or person

Pros: When the oppertunity arise and u fit for it u will be given the chance
Cons: 9 to 5 monday to friday
