At Techsprung we were four fresh graduates trying to grow a business, I was the only marketing person handling everything marketing. We used to to cold calls and were so determined to make it work.

Excellent Marketing Experience

Working at my company is good because you have the freedom to work independently as well as in a team. I have been given a task to manage the marketing department, I did marketing plan, marketing strategy and research. The team works well together, I love my work environment as it allows ideas to flow. The challenging aspects are that you are on a deep end and have to think on your feet, there is no spoon feeding.
