Good and smarter tips for working on Creditors

When I get to my desk, I would start processing invoice we received the day before. Once the processing was done for the morning, I would go to my recons to look for outstanding invoices needed and any queries on the recons to get them resolved. I worked well with co-workers as we all assisted where it was needed It is hard to say what I have learnt as I have done accounts for many years although I did pick up some smarter was to do the Recon from my fellow co-workers. I enjoy processing invoices as it is straight forward so I get a lot processed in good time. I s0me times strugg1e with a big rec0n which has a fews queries 0n it At times I sit f0r a whiIe t0 understand what I d0n't understand, but as the time passes I see where I went wr0ng

Gives 200% to my work

I have a diploma in Supply Chain Management. I do housekeeping, managing staff, transfer stock to and from branches on syspro. Manage fleet control, health and safety. Accurate stock recordings.

Hard workercwho is determined

In a typical work day I would do stock invoicing and one a week stock intake. I have learnt to work with my co-wokers and to perform as a team but also as a individual. I have learnt that you should always give your best to make your client happy. I enjoy work with people and pushing myself past my limits I am a go-getter

Challenging

I have worked as a Cashboook Clerk for over nine years at Tecsa Reco. I started there I was doing recons for 14 branches. Over the years the Company has grown as now we have 23 Branches. For me it was a big Challenge. Over time I got an assistant as it was to big for one Person the do. I did recons, bank statements and general admin from day to day. I get on well with people and I am always will to help where I can. I'm also keen to learn new things if the opportunity comes by. I have learnt in more detail how the Cashbook comes into the General Ledgar and I now have a complete picture of it all. I guess the challenge I have enjoyed to a point.

Pros: The company has grown over the years and is going forward to make opportunits for people
Cons: No where for me to move up to

Highly driven

A typical day would involve overseeing related departments and putting out fires together with departmental managers. Reporting on availability for the previous day and resolving issues that arised. I oversee a very responsive and proactive team that makes everyday a joy.

Pros: dynamic environment
Cons: limited growth
