My co workers were a great team. We worked long hours and the remuneration was not great. The company did not invest much in developing their staff. There was not support from top management and HO I am no longer with them and with my experience in retailing its one of those companies I would not recommended to anyone.

It has been a learning curve in dealing with people
The culture is very backward. The people with whom I work are exceptionally narrow-minded and petty. They have no way of speaking or maintaining any professionalism. I am a friendly person but avoid conversations with them because they can't communicate about current affairs, pop culture or sport. In terms of the company, people with the most potential are kept in menial positions earning very little with no benefits while those who gain favour with the superiors are rewarded. I enjoy the low stress and casual dress sense but I really don't like the people I work with. There's too much negativity among them and they're too involved in other people's personal matters. Many people have left because of their attitude but nothing is done about it.

Excellent learning curve
I have to plan my day in advance as it can sometimes get hectic dealing with head office and my area manager. In the morning feedback on turnover and growth must be descusted with staff and then give them tasks for the day. Cashup documents must then be sent via email to cashup department before 10 am. All filling and admin must be completed before 12am as we need to start focusing on customers. During the course of the day i might receive stock which must be unpacked, tagged and sloped into their departments. I enjoy working with people in different levels. It becomescto much at times as i am swamped with work as the manager more work than sales staff.
Pros: No prospect for promotions

I would say it is an excellent eploy to learxperience and prepare you
what I learned in this company is that loyalty and honesty plays and important role and being a team player takes you far and make's you successful each and every time and that you only have one goal and it is to grow and be successful for your employer and for yourself that you both can grow one of the difficult or more experience situations is handing customers especially when it comes to no refund policy and exchanges.
Pros: great opportunity to grow within the company with a little hard work
Cons: long working hours definitely one of the cons but make you adapt as I have very quickly

communicating on a daily with colleagues multitasking of duties learning how to interact and deal with customers great healthy competition among colleagues the most challenging with is the working hours and learning to be processional

I learnt a lot as i was from entertainment then i migrated to footwear
I'M a very experienced team leader who always involve team members as they always make more efforts and go an extra mile in providing excellent customer service.i make sure all tools and promotions are being discussed thoroughly during the morning meetings,because promotions bring more feet in store and in that way its up to the store sales team to convert those into a buying or potential customers... in that way the organization or the store can able to reach the set target....

Hardworking and honest
I am Dorian Pockpas 21 years old.Single hardworking and honest.The experience of retail is how strong you are to be able to do everything.Relationships with co-workers start by yourself how you and handle situations. I love working with customers but l have learnt do always give your best an able to succeed your goals. The most challenging thing in workplace is to meet deadlines on time.
