Management Information Analyst

I am currently employed at Teleperformance, in an outsourcing contact centre environment as a Service Delivery Analyst on a Campaign for a U.K based client. I am hardworking and reliable and I give my word that given the opportunity, I will always be committed and dedicated to what I do. I enjoy challenges and am always eager to learn new things and take on more responsibility. I believe that knowledge is power and just as I have empowered myself in my current role , I will continue to do so in the role I am applying for , and believe I will be an asset to your organization. I humbly thank you for considering my application.

Pros: I would love the opportunity to prove my worth and to become a valuble loyal asset to the company for which I am employed.
Cons: Working additonal hours I would not mind as I enjoy what I do and always get the job done never missing a deadline.

Responsible and adaptable to change.

My typical workday is as follows. Meetings , doing the work assignments to supervising others doing the work, usually a mixture of both. May involve paying bills, Approve the delivery of machines. Assist with all major decisions made by the company If you respect yourself you will receive respect. People just want to be successful in every way,and what we have is never enough. we always wanting more.is what I've learned. i enjoy most is when everything planned falls into place. and especially a good workout and run after a long work day. I think the most challenging aspect of the job role is probably to do with time management. But as you become more used to the environment and find the best way of working for yourself it can get a lot easier.

I'm a very hard worker, punctual, friendly and can work in a team

I was a customer service advisor took customers details to update them and assisted them with payments. Setted up direct debits (debit ordes) the shifts were my only problem but I worked hand in hand with everyone and am very good in working in a team

Pros: great working environment and growth
Cons: shifts. long hours

Excellent perks

Working at at Teleperformance has it's ups and downs, but it is a great company to work for. They have excellent perks and there is opportunity for growth. It is a fast paced but fun environment to work in. Everyone is friends and lends a helping hand to each other. Teams are like classmates that sticks together.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth.
Cons: Late night shifts.

Excellent working environment and experience

Managing a team of 15 advisors. I have a great relationship with my fellow workers and management team. I have learnt a lot about customer service and dealing with customer complaints. What i enjoy the most is seeing my advisors improve! Taking them from average to exceeding expectations in their monthly KPI's. The most challenging is getting the entire team to perform at exceeding levels, but with hard work and extra effort this is possible!

Steady growth

Its a descent place to grow and improve your profesional experience. The company is always changing and it forces one to change with. There are lots of different avenues within the call centre industry to explore at Teleperformance. Still, the nature of working within a BPO is not easy and one never really feels the comfort of job security no matter how stable the campaign is that your workig on.

Cons: Shift work

Training

I carry out learning and development and sone coordinating. The company is great and so are all the emploees I have trained I believe in always remaining upskilled to deliver the best in class development I am very well liked because of my energy and can do attitude I assist with coaching to ensure messages loaded well
