The company has it ups and downs but it the individuals them self that makes the work place a other place from home which we trust and believe in they have at the company that you have 5 rotation shift abs you have incentives you do get medical benefits you get a salary increase as well the company enjoys building a relationship with there staff that able to last for a vet long ti. E

Introduced to insurance

Working at telerperformance was the first time working in a insurance industry. I was interesting getting to know the processes and procedures that had to be done with regards to quotes, policies and customers day to day needs regarding their insurance. It was all new to me and I liked that. I enjoyed helping customers get things done on their policy and get those insured. As well as all my co-workers as everyone was always friendly and helpful as we were all there for the same thing. The most challenging aspect of my job was constantly having customers complain about processes and things that were out of my control and me trying very hard to always control it to satisfy them and being unable to.

Cons: Long working hours
