Customer Support Supervisor
Monitor resourcing and productivity of staff Alert the Client Support Manager of any resource issues Build a successful and focused team where there is “buy-in” to the company’s mission statement Evaluate team members’ actions Attend to team members’ queries Propose, discuss and implement plans to meet client expectations Assist staff and highlight any training deficiencies Manage and monitor the customer support queue Conduct daily review meetings with the team to assess areas of strain Build synergies amongst team members. Excellent learning curve
The nature of my degree course has prepared me for this position. I have developed good skills (C#, SQL, .Net, MVC, html, java, javascripts, jquery) that a developer needs. During my diploma I learnt that a good software developer is a problem solver not a good coder. I am a fast and accurate developer who’s willing to learn new things all the time. I am able to take on the responsibility of this position immediately, and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it. Exposure to a relaxed work environment
I wish to join a company where I can be moulded into a professional and I am hungry to kick start my career. i am always willing to go the extra mile, working long hours and on weekends at no extra cost to company, i find happiness and accomplishment in the completion of a project of highest quality.

Excellent IT administrator
I'm a well-known talented more about IT SQL Operations co-ordinator/IT Database administrator (working on SQL environmemt - create DB, backup DB, insert clients information, run monthly reports for clients etc). I have flair for figures, can multi- tasks, have an eye for detail and I'm punctual with fast work pace. I can handle stress very well and I am deadline driven. I have a very positive outlook on life and I believe in finding solutions to problems.

Good learning aspects
Doing the same life cycle of doing month end reports for each client and working on SQL environment. Relationship with co-workers are pretty good, work in a team. I have learnt something new every day. Enjoy mostly working on SQL environment. Most challenging aspects of the job is to complete the months end reports before deadline.
Pros: Great opportunity for making me to do on next level
