I have had experience through my career of liaising with other insurance companies and dealing with the process of a claim from start to finish and talking to the customers/clients and ensuring that they are kept up to date at all times. I work to strict financial regulations and procedures and always like to ensure that I keep up to date with the latest policies and procedures to ensure that I am providing the best service I possibly can.

As part of this role I understand that I will also be responsible for supporting my team and ensuring that they provide an excellent service to the customers/clients and also allow them to develop as a team with their skills.

Excellent learning curve
To The Recruiting Manager I would like to join your company and maybe bring something new because I am a very hard working person, ability to learn fast which will facilitate the training period, outspoken, spontaneous, passionate and proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment through my multi tasking skills. Excellent learning
Lifelong learning has been the main motivation in all aspects of my life. This has greatly contributed to the development of my leadership, commercial business and strategic skills. I am very good at multitasking and can work on my own initiative and also think objectively. Can work well under pressure and reach my goals with remarkable consistency. I believe my eagerness to learn, coupled with my excellent leadership, great communication and interpersonal skills and my motivation will help your company build upon your reputation. I have the ability to keep a level head at all times. I am passionate about service quality and customer satisfaction. Outstanding interpersonal, communications, negotiation and people management skills. I like to be organized and prepared. Brief description of being a team/personal assistant
I work on a daily basic with multiple people nationally. My favourite part about my job is doing stats, all the TM's and BM's require these stats in order to improve how they manage their teams. Some of the stats I do goes to the GM as well as the heads of the company. For me to list some of the things I've learnt over these past few years will take a while but I think my favourite thing I've learnt thus far is how good I've gotten at Microsoft amongst other things. I have a good relationship with alot of the people in my department nationally, time and time again they'd let me know how much they value me, also another favourite part about my job, being a value to somebody else.
Pros: Would be a step in the right direction to be an executive assistant to reach my goals.
Cons: Some duties include things I stopped doing years ago.

Hard working and persistent
Iam very keen on growing financially as well as intellectually. Telesure has given me the platform to grow in the call center environment by giving me experience. And teaching the skills skills of interact with clients and so on. I will forever be greatful for that, that I have gained so knowledge from them.

•Use appropriate tools (ITC, supplier contract and/or negotiation) to accurately cost applicable claims on a day to day basis. •Make decisions according to established criteria to ensure standardisation across the organisation by accurately administrating and underwriting claims. •Remain up to date current and new product knowledge to enable effective decision making. •Ensure claims are finalised within the set parameters (turnaround time, terms and conditions applied accurately). •Ensure regular feedback to services department and other stakeholders, as determined by the company and/or customer requirements to ensure customer receives appropriate feedback from the services department. •Deliver on Treating Customers Fairly principles in alignment with regulatory requirements.
