It a great oppotunity to learn how to work withinb a group

The company has given me a good oppotunity and the workers have welcomed me and taught me all i need to learn to be fit as a tech, i've enjoyed working with customers, I have how ever got a little bit challenged when i was rotated to wok indoors/office

Pros: great oppotunitty for any one willing to have a broader view in the telecommunication industry

It been an excelent learning curve and great overview of the industry

The company is a great place to start learning about the industry since it's the leading company, employees are eargar to teach any junior tech about telecommunications and the Job as a whole I've learnt so much over the time i've spent here including working with fibre and copper(broadband and voice) currently I'm planning the network including decommissioning some if the older technologies and traffic, working with SAP, BPM, NETPLan and other computerized systems. Converting from working in the field and coming indoors was a bit challenging, but i enjoy it now
