Cons: THE TRAVELLING TO WORK KILLS ME AS IM STAYING IM JOHANNESBURG

Frustrating enviroment

Feeling not appreciated. No support from the management however expected to exceed expectations. Not really a fun place to work in. Most employees working there because we have responsibilities and need the income. Treated like prisoners. Not allowed to have even a sweet because it is considered as eating on the floor. Should one fall sick while at work they need to go back home with public transport instead of an ambulance being called for them.

Pros: Getting commission from Telkom
Cons: Forfeiting commission when you are off sick or on unplanned leave

Career growth, exercise my abilities and practise what I've studied for

A typical work day at WNS is learning process on its own as one gets to interact with different customers everyday, resolving customer queries that involve accounts, network connection problems, technical desk advice, one needs to have people's skills and have a good relationship with your co-workers for assistance and advises, I've learnt how to conduct myself in a workplace, time keeping, telephone etiquette, I've also enjoyed the vibrant environment working with wide range of different people.

Pros: There is an opportunity for one to grow in the company
Cons: Company is an outsource, it could lose the contract any time
