I have been working for Telkom since 2015 and I have become accustomed to the Telkom culture, values and most of Telkom systems. I have the required experience, skills, capabilities and most of all I have the will to learn and succeed. In short, I am an asset.Currently I am a sales agent for the Telkom direct shop and my responsibilities include sales of mobile devices, voice minutes, data, fixed lines and FTTH/B. I work on weekly, monthly, half yearly and yearly targets. I assist customers with their queries and offer advice on Telkom services.
Pros: the section that i work at i am mostly woring with executives so i have learned to be very proffesenal
Cons: i normally work from 8 to 4

I am a hard dedicated person who is taking her job seriously
My work hours are from 8:30 - 17:30 I have a good relationship with my co-workers( iam a team player) I have learnt how to handle customers both easy and - difficult ones and to be patient at all times . I enjoy helping people When dealing with difficult customers and where my hands a tied to resolve or to give them a solution immediately.
Pros: I am willing to learn and grow in the company and not afraid of changes or challenges
Cons: I am already working shifts
