Excellent learning

I have gained a huge experience and will always be greatful for that as I learned how to manage number of 8-10 people and I have also learned how to be a strong manager with just the experience of managing people with different characters. My colleagues became my family as its the only place I spent 80% of my time.

Growth and embrace change

With the training provided are to: Interact with customers to provide process information in response to inquires, concerns and request about products and services. Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients business. Offer strong problem solving skills and strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally. Relationship between working I worked very well as a person you need to learn, understand and respect different values, believes and religion. I enjoyed socialising with other (team work) Change is good and I embrace change as things changes everyday

Fast learner

I enjoy working with professional co-workers who work as a team. I hate offline systems they kill time then create pressure at the later stage. I enjoying meeting new people on a daily basis.

Discipline curve

Straight after high school I still had a very relaxed mentality, I started at Aegis global (Telkom mobile) we had shifts so it was difficult to maintain a social life as well as a work I decided to rather work and get paid the experience was overwhelming the environment was friendly but i also learned how to work under pressure.

Growth, self trust and a learning curve

I have learned soo much as I was a customer service agent then moved to be a 2IC, them a SME then to quality Assurance agent, it's been a learning experience for me and also great full of opportunities given to me and for my senior to trust me with company information, I've grown as an individual and it's all credit to this company, I've learned to work by myself and also be able to work with a team, understand the corporate world and dealing with different types of people, it's has been a great journey and a learning curve for me,

Pros: Growth and promotion being an Customer Service agent to 2IC, SME and to Quality Assurance
Cons: Working flexible hours and covering missing hours caused by load shedding

I was doing installation,wiring and maintanance. I tarminate 100 pair cable and worked with heights also.I am hardworker and I can work under pressure.I can work as a team.I can do the job in accordingly.

Easy to work with and a fast learner

I am young ambitious women who is well motivated. I am a fast learner, a hard working person, easy to work with and would like to increase my skills. I am a people's person. Have a very good team work ethic.

Customer service and administration work

I refer myself as a young and ethusiasm lady who is a fast learner, friendly who like inteacting with people on a daily basis and most of all I make sure to do my job 💯+ as I hate not to do best in all that I touch.because my believe is when I put my mind to it I expect excellence regardless.
