I have a good and clear vision of where I want to be in the future and always take advantage of every good opportunity that presents itself to me. I am a team player and can work individually and in a team as well. I have good communication skills, telephonic etiquette, well organised, take pride in whatever I do especially when it comes to my work, personal driven and do not need constant supervision.

Telephone installations,faults,troubleshooting, desktop support,configeration on Fiber,Isdn,Adsl,)

I worked at Telkom SA LTD for 18years as technical officer and it happened that I took a package in September 2018. I was performing both technical and IT jobs e.g installations,faults,troubleshooting of ADSL,ISDN,FTTH and Analogue lines.

Pros: Working alone as technical officer and with the team if necessary. Plan myself whether how to run my cables liaising with my customer
Cons: If happened that I worked till late there was no overtime played unless it was planed by a manager

Easy tasks work shared among team communication is positive loyal employees Management social strata Continual for studying Colleagues are very friendly, approacheable, adaptable and eager to learn fun filled environment Time bound challenges varies but can be lessened

Experience and Knowledge gained is endless

The Knowledge and Experience gained at Telkom is endless. There's always something new to learn everyday, teach others and above all reach targets and provide Excellent Customer Service. If I had another opportunity, I.would love a chance to go back and work at Telkom.

Formal work day 0730to1630, daily project management, daily site meetings, telecons and f

Work day starts at 0700 to 1630, first prepare dailyprojects progress report of section, attend telecons and meetings from 0730 to 1100, in between meetings assist staff reporting to my section personal(HR related and project problems). After 1100 attend to sections daily project performance including quality inspections, site meetings and site inspections to 1630. Update daily financial progress report for Management untill completed and submit to Snr Management (done after hours).

Pros: Due to BEE targets promotion very slim
Cons: Daily work with staff and the Management/ Quality of projects.
