Exciting

I have to strategize at most parts of my day, finding ways to optimise the performance for the best outputs. I also need to delegate tasks and ensure that the work is done on time. I love my job, I love the challenge the drive. I love the organisation.

Pros: Telkom is a great company to work for. Not being micro-managed is a real plus.
Cons: Think we have poor recruiting skills getting all the wrong people to work for the wrong reasons.

Exciting

Assistant Business Manager

I'm a self motivated and driven individual with strong leadership and inter person skills. I worked as a sales consultant and got promoted to an assistant manager, acting manager at all 3 companies( Virgin Mobile, Effective Company and Telkom). I'm a fast learner with extensive sales and customer service experience, I can build relationships with people from different walks of life.

Good communication skills

Conducting personnel evaluations, implementing training programs, and establishing wage incentives.

. A combination of factors including; a variety of managerial and administrative titles held in the past, extensive customer service experience and an innate sense of adapting to an independent or team oriented environment, leads me to believe that I would be a prime candidate for the position being offered. The positions that compose my employment history and some of my formal education have exposed me to many key facets of running and working in a healthy, prospering business environment. , but not limited to, retention, recruitment (hiring), Administration, performance management, operations, employee relations, quality customer service, office management and management duties. Excellent Learning Curve

Cons: No room for promotion, Not taking good care of their employees
