There's no challenges most of the time I'm relaxed not doing anything, I have a great relationship with my co-workers we have strong communication as we help one another. With regards to the course I've studied I haven't learnt anything, but in general I've learnt administration work and how to handle relationships with colleagues and bosses. As I have mentioned there is nothing challenging in the job I'm currently doing.

Great opportunity to work with different people from different backgrounds
Working as a finance intern for the period of twelve months was a great learning experience for as I was fresh from varsity had the earger to learn used theory from varsity in practical. My relationship with coworkers was great because I'm a very respectful individual and I treat everyone the same, regardless of their culture or background. I have learnt how to balance work with school because I was still studying, also learnt a lot regarding my profession i.e reconciliations and using syspro. I was really enjoying my job especially when I finish my work in time that means I had gained confidence and I knew what I was doing. The most challenging part of the job was when I don't finish my work in time due to work overload.

Working Under Pressure
Maintain, improve, repair and service cash processing machines in a high pressured, 24 hour high production environment. Solving software, hardware, electrical and mechanical issues, with minimum influence to production. Duties includes replacing bearings, troubleshooting faults’ causes, replacing drive belts, refurbishing mechanical & electrical components (motors, sensors, PCB’s). Ensure that machines comply by South African Standards to pass all audits. Other responsibilities include compiling reports daily, ordering stock, and overseeing the plant.

Interesting and challenging Environment
working at Tellumat, as been a great learning curve for me, the challenges on faces, are of such that one could use in ones business and in other corporates, I established very good working relations with the Management team as well as the workers/ colleagues.

I excel in fault find and computer skills such as Microsoft suite
o Worked as a trainee technician in CPU and Tellumat . o Currently working at Tellumat as electronic technician since 2013 o IFF TECHINICIAN worked on ( RF, IFF components including battle lab) for Defence systems o Worked on products like :PT2000 Transperder, Fill Guns, Cryptos and many more. o Have built a whole computer lab as a school project at CPUT. o I gained vast experience as an electrical engineering student specializing in Power engineering. The passion for the field of electrical engineering and the experience gained in performing practical labs has continued to build upon that foundation. I am highly efficient in using computers, Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and Internet. I have highest degree of integrity and honesty. o Currently working in Tellumat as a electronic technician since January 2013

Fast learner
I'm a intern at tellumat i work 8 hours a day my contract will expire 5 July 2018 i have learn a lot how to creat a sales order, invoice on SAP. It's a nice experience i working them now just to expose my self more in finance and independent

Excellent communication area
usWorking at Tellumat has taught me a lot about the defence industry, The first rule is safety and the second one is security. Things that people take for granted are laid in meetings and are emphasised. Work ethics play a big role and there is no demarcation amongst the staff. What I enjoyed the most is Fridays where we play table tennis with workers. It is the effective ice breaker. Workers from unskilled to top management are involved in this. The HR is doing their best in training the workers about the company and they provide support. What needs to change is the sitting of the staff. e

I am quick in grasping new concepts and creative to solutions to problems.
Over 50 years of innovation in advanced electronic technology solutions in the Defence, ICT, Telecommunications, Transport & Energy industries. I had good relationship with my manager and i could go along with people i was working with.

EXCELLENT EXPIRIENCE
my days are mostly good, I have good relationship iwth my co-workers. I have learnt a lot as far as my carrer is corncened, i got the taste of being in a work space and learnt to face any challenges head on that is work related. I enjoy my job a lot it gives me great pleausre to know that i am doing well in what i do. The challenge will be when there is a lot of faulty units and we must make deadlines.
Pros: there is potential for one to become a manager
