Dealing with customers are always challenging and rewarding.
I currently resolve queries escalated by agent and team leaders. I respond to customer queries via email and telephonic. I also deal with queries on social media platforms; namely, Facebook and Hello Peter I have a great relationship with my colleagues as we all believe that the customer is important to our business.

Challenging work enviroment
I am constantly resolving queries and making customers happy. i also resolve queries on social media platforms like Facebook and Hello Peter. I have a great working relationship with my colleagues as we all believe that our customers are very important in our business and we strive to keep them happy I have learnt that patience is important as you cannot make every customer happy

Good
To work for the company it is very motivational and because we get to do different work at times to improve the company's service to our customers. My relationship with my co-workers is extremely good because because we understand each other and do our work for the success of the company even though we working from different department. I've learnt that a person can be talented in so many things even those you did not went to school from,because I will be given for asked to do something I've never done even from school but because I am eager to learn and love challenge I can do everything given to my plat and do my work efficient with or without supervision. I enjoy working with people because I get to understand different cultures and people. The challenge on the job is that you must always be firm and still to the product knowledge because there are customers / client who that always difficult unnecessarily because they say customer is always right.

Good start for work experience
a typical work day would be me working hard and try and give my best while management take you for granted at the same time. Co workers are very friendly (most of them) but others are more into gossip other than goal driven. I have learned a lot, such as accuracy, improving on typing speed, more in site of what really happens with customers documentation before they get an outcome. I enjoy working by myself though instead of teams. So I love marathon days. The most challenging aspect is to try and improve and up my target daily. Try and push myself to see what I am really capable of.

Excellent learning curve
Opportunities for learning within different fields however the opportunity for growth is not there and the hours are extremely unreasonable. Experience gain in various parts within the company.

Growth
I really like working with people on a day to fay basis ,it challenges me in a way that i learnt to think fast out of the box.Its very difficult n challenging to deal with difficult customers but i do it with passion so its not that bad. I have a very good relationship with my collegues and my employees because i like to keep things proffesional but friendly as well. I have learnt to work under pressure to meet my targets and also to be very polite.I also learnt to listen very carefully when some is talking to me. What i enjoyed the most about my job is to deal with different people because i love people.My job can be very challenging at times because u deal with different people who are going through different issues and u must know that they can take their frastration on u thats why you dont have to take anything personal.

This has been an excellent learning curve and i enjoy helping clients
I am currently looking for greener pustures , i enjoy what i do that is helping clients but the only thing is time waits for no one so i need to make a mark for my self and be able to make something of my self. Thank you

Excellent
- We were helping customers with their accounts ie blocking cards, sending statements, updating customers details, stock query, complaints. -We were a great team who wanted to give a great service. -Treat the cusomers the way you want to be treated in the end we are all customers -Resolving the customer's problems and making sure they are happy. -When the customer did not receive a great service or their problems had been resolved it is more challenging to other agents.
Pros: I have learnt a lot and it is a new skill and a great platform for me.

Excellent stepping stone towards working for a great company
I work for TENACITY financial services...which services Ackermans , Shoe City etc. On a daily basis we take calls..which is inboud. We assist customers with a wide variety of queries such as complaints , stock queries , credit limit adjustments , balance enquiries...just to name a few..I also assist other departments such as Our New Applications department by caputuring new applications. What i have learnt most in a call centre environment is that the only constant thing is change.

Cons: Not a great opportunity for promotion

A normal learning curve
The co workers has different behaviors which mostly affect negatively than positively,,,the relationship between me and the co workers was work only due to that I don't trust any of them with my life. The working environment is OK there isnt anything more to it . I have gained a lot of experience on my job on how to handle and treat customers. I have always Been the performer in my team due to that I focus on my work . I enjoyed the time I had with my manager because he understood me.
Pros: There isn't pressure
Cons: There is no growth
