I oversees general maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance, and engineering projects.

Role Responsibilities. • Oversees job duties of service staff, sets goals, monitors performance, motivates, mentors and adheres to policies while creating a sense of teamwork. • Schedules and supervises all in-house and/or vendor work. • Controls inventory, ordering and delivery of approved supplies and equipment. • Ensures OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times. • Schedules, performs and records preventative maintenance and completes required inspections, logs and checklists to minimize liabilities. • Organizes, prioritizes and ensures service requests and repairs are made accurately. • Works with Maintenance and Engineering Managers to obtain competitive bids for capital and maintenance related projects as required. • Evaluate and analyze equipment history and predictive maintenance data and trends to assist in the anticipation of plant maintenance needs and prioritization and planning of work.

Great working environment

In control of my work day. Prepare plans for production builds. Liase with production teams to ensure adherance to plan and achieving of daily targets. Working closely with logistic, production, engineering and quality teams to ensure company targets and goals is achieved. Great amount of knowledge gained in terms operations/procedures of warehousing . Also gained a lot of HR people management skills. Most enjoy to achive my faily and long term goals. This makes me feel as positive contributor to the growth or Our Company.
