I have vast knowledge, and experience, in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Process Engineering, obtained from various OEM's, (VWSA, DCSA, TSAM) locally. I am also familiar with various Quality tools, as well as PPAP submission systems (e.g Covisint , SQMS , BEON) including FMEA, Control Plans,G8D, Problem solving methodology, as well as basic root cause analysis. Conducting Root Cause Analysis is my speciality, as well as doing G8D reports. I am also competent in PPAP Approval submissions, both to OEM’s, as well as Supplier Development (Documentation review and Checking Aid assistance to ensure that Parts conform to drawing requirements). I am competent in report writing, have perfect communication, and presentation skills (PowerPoint), and have vast Automotive Product knowledge. I also have Management and delegation experience, obtained at Lumotech, as a Quality Engineering Manager

Excellent learning curve
Great Company, heavily concentrated on employee engagement and development. Great systems and continuous improvement culture the only con is the book of business post 2023 does not look promising. Great management team with good processes in place to manage the business on a daily basis.

Excellent learning curve and building work experience since this is a learning program.
Works great, people are very welcoming since I'm under a leaning program but then I do face problems of workers thinking we going to take away their work.

Daily tasks at Tenneco
Daily tasks at Tenneco: Currently not busy, due to volume drops. Daily scrap meetings, followed by Quality Department meetings, to assess status of various projects. Responsible for internal and external Part Quality concerns, for customers. Responsible for PPAP, G8D, FMEA and Control Plan review. Ensure Manufacturing have accurate data, and documentation to built parts, according to customer requirements. Most challenging task is getting cooperation from fellow workers regarding information, and getting people to respond to requests being made.NO sense of urgency from Management to get job done, and close off open issues. Daily struggle to ensure Manufacturing adheres to customer requirements.

Drive excellence.. Improving Quality on a daily basis by empower employees. With the aim on customer satisfaction. Honest, transparent and loyal. Never compromise whatsoever all decisions are based on customer and company interests. High standards of Quality and it easy to achieve. Team work are the most important factors for the existence of the company. All departments interact on a daily bases, sharing idea's on how to improve productivity or any other issues that might arise.
