Excellent learing and developing company

Like previously mentioned the company is a great learning and developing company and gives the employees the freedom and given the opportunity to manage and lead projects. During my time with the company I have proven myself and improved my skills to be able to work under pressure for accomplishing coals for the company also learnt on how to give training on specific machines and commissioning of different equipment

Tenova give you the opportunity to grow and the freedom to make decisions.

Tenova TAKRAF is a company with witch I have grown and have been given the opportunity to run with projects such as installing Rotary breakers, Granulators and Stacker/Reclaimers and involved with bigger project such as the Kusile Eskom project during which I was part of the commissioning team responsible for the five Stacker/Reclaimer machines. I am currently working at the Middelburg office the team we consist of a team of specialised hard working group and under the leadership of a great leader have accomplished a lot of goals and continuous to strive to meet our targets in an atmosphere is to support each other.

Pros: Running with projects from start till finish with support from management
Cons: Using own transport
