Overview of the company
Bad culture, salaries are not market related but there's great opportunity for self-development because the company pays for studies (internal and external). There's no proper managerial structure and definitely no room for promotions. It's an environment where one has to do their work and go home. It is beneficial for people who wants to learn more about the Data Centre space and Telecommunication industry, and understand different kinds of people's background and how to deal or interact with each because the company provides services to international and national clients, therefore one gets to be exposed to different ways of dealing with different people. to different ways of dealing with different people.
Pros: Great opportunity for self-development
Cons: Ever changing Job responsibilities

Excellent learning curve with exposure to
A lot of individuals and characters. Split into general office whereby the IT, engineers, finance, draughtpersons and top brass management seat. The Operations and NIC being the heart of the data centre functions where you'll see the cabling team, electrical and mechanical technicians are situated.
Pros: Great learning curve and in systems you find all the challenges and solutions on this great organisation. On every fridays canned beverages are served to staff members.
Cons: Long non compensated working hours and too much politics amongst the top brass which eventually is felt on the operations team and everybody else below.
