Working at Terra Strata

A typical work day includes the following 1. Planning for the days work 2. Making sure employees work safely on site 3. Collection previous day daily diaries and recording them to compare the progress of the works 4. Check daily costing against expenditure 5. Updating of the program My relationship with workers is extremely good maybe one the reason is beacause i have been working/have known them for a long time I have learnt how to manage people regardeless of the race. I have also learned that the labour force are one of the most important role/key players on a daily basis. And for that reason they have to be treated very well. i enjoy being a leader to my teams The most challenging aspects of my job is when the cost is more than the income .

Pros: No opportunity for promotion
Cons: Working far away from my family
