Learning curve at eca an tfmc

I have passed the preparation trade test practical at eca for both levels ,basic standby generator operations an fault findings,an how to do c services an clearing all the alarms and how to install the cctv camera an replacing

Pros: I have been working for tfmc since 2013 as an electrical trainee ,they help me in a lot like knowing more an improving my knowledge as we were working for telkom doing all maintaince an services .after two year i was working alone with the help of my co-worker if I have a problem,they were good an assistant me a lot.2016 the company was bought by bidvest facilities, the only problem was my manager he was having a vendetta against me I did ask him on 2015 how long must I be a trainee an ask for an conformation letter of the company so that I can continue with my trade test but he refused because since 2013 an till 2018 I was still a trainee for such a long time ,i even wrote an gravience e-mail too the company but they didn't even bored to here me out an till he make a plan to get rid off me by sending me to the different place were is not my site .I did ask him to write an sms or email that can cover me if something happen as it is not my site of standby duties
Cons: In our company we work day shift only from 7:30 an till 16:30 after we wait at our home for call out if there is a brake down
