Lots to do but no chance for growth

I worked at Thaba Chweu Municipality for 9 years and loved my day to day activity. However, I was passed over for promotion regularly based on my "value" in my position. I was told that I could not be promoted because I could not be replaced in the position I was occupying, owing to my willingness to assist all the other departments.

Pros: Excellent benefits
Cons: No room for growth or promotion

Determined individual

i am a very determine individual. being able to try new thing that lands on my table, i have experience about the job and i was doing great, good communications,technical and and understanding skill. i worked shifts without any complains and being absent on my previous job because i loved and enjoyed working with people and seeing them being happy with my job when they recieved the help they were seeking and i used to delegate some of the tasks which were not on my job description, just because i wanted to gain experience and grow as an individual.

Pros: great opportunity for advancement
Cons: Long working hours acceptable

Data capturer

Typing work is fun but needs dedication and concentration, relationship with co- workers is good. I have learn to work in a business and busy environment and to how to have relationship with clients, I enjoy working in public environment but most challenges I meet are difficult clients

Pros: Good oppoturnity for employment
Cons: Less opportunities for promotion
