Good communication skills, sales, quotations and tax invoices, pilot, pastel, team player

First thing in the morning is doing check -out payments of the guests that has spend the night and include all the activities they have done during their stay, and link it over to invoices - file accordingly. Take telephone call throughout the day, in a professional manner, listening to the customer and giving out information and booking them accordingly. Setting up bookings, creating wedding, functions and conference bookings setting up quotations for the clients . Working in the restaurant in the evening and taking care of the customer, working on pilot and taking orders and doing payments. Making sure staff work is doing accordingly during each day. Ive learned how to use pastel and pilot systems. I enjoy most working with people and assisting them ( i am a very likeable person and make sure guests always come back due to great service)

Pros: Effective service with guests
Cons: Working Shifts. Morning shifts and afternoon. It differs everyday.

Excellent learning curve

Working with my co-workers has been a blessing at the very least. We searve as a family and fit together like coggs in a machine. The guests are my passion. I have always loved to worked with people bur only since we started working in this industry have a niticed that not only do i have a passion for it, i really am good at it. Placing myself in their shoes and trieng to create an experience for them that I would've wanted. My fiance and I have been together for 10 years and working together has only made us stronger. We know each other and that serves as a great advantage when working together. All we want is to grow in this industry, unfortunately the company we work for does not offer that oppertunity so we have decided to spread our wings and find a place that will allow our vision to shine.

Cons: No oppertunity for promotion
