Since working for Thabazimbi Municipality I gained experience in water plant, sewer plant, parks, landfill site, refuse, traffic and electrical departments. co-workers are able to communicate with me regarding safety issues and I have learnt different risk issues regarding different departments. I enjoyed developing standard operational procedures including safe working procedures but what I enjoy most is when presenting or doing inductions. The most challenging aspect of my job is lack of support from management. You can do good with employees but if management does not show commitment it really destroy one's passion.

Pros: A good organizational structure can promote me to become head of division
Cons: It is out of my own will to sometimes join night shift employees to see how safe are they during the night

I enjoy working as a team, I am hardworking person who's willing to learn. Since I started working at Thabazimbi Local Muncipality in 2011 I have learned a lot especialy on the servers, network and how to humble myself to my users.

Learned to be humble through pressure at work

Working with people is tiring but once you get the hang of it you enjoy it,to employ people and see the difference you have made in someone’s life .assisting the community at large
