I am an outstanding worker and can work on my own in a fast paced environment, everything I have approached in my life has been a huge success and I am confident and proud of the outcome of everything that I have achieved. I am honest and determined to be the best at everything that I do and because of that I am driven to be a leader in my profession. I am committed to be a positive and forward moving individual as I have been my whole life, making the best of every opportunity. I drive myself to be the best that I can be – with honesty and self-respect I can take on anything with confidence and positive result.

Excellent learning curve and growing

I have a great relationship with my co-workers working as a team to promote excellence, we work with integrity, respect. I enjoy working with people. what I enjoy most is that I have a platform to grow and develop myself.

I've learned to work under pressure

Working at Aurum Institute was very educative and challenging. I'm a roving data capture so i meet new different people every time i am moved to another facility. So it is challenging to meet new people with different character but at the end of the day you have to be settled and work with them .

Here at The Aurum Institute we are helping the communities to fight against HIV and TB. We have different studies that we encourage communities to joint in preventing them from HIV and TB. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and i have learned so many things like front desk work, specimen recordings, data capturing and to keep the company information confidential. I enjoy everything that i do at my work (no complaining).

Pros: Working for The Aurum Institute is a great opportunity since from 2014 to date, i started as a Health Screener in 2014 and then became a Clinic Runner in 2015.
Cons: I do work for long hours from 8:00 am - 16:30 pm. Sometimes i work overtimes from 16:30 till late. I do have stamina for working overtimes.

Great learning opportunities

Dealing with adherence clubs recrusting patients,tracing lost to follow up,early missed, late missed patients.offering adherence counselling and navigating patients

Team player, hard worker and fast learner.

My company values respect, excellence, Innovation, teamwork and Integrity. I have learned to live under those values even outside the work environment. I work with a team full of perfectionists. We respect our work and work hard to archive the goals of the company. We value the health of our fellow human beings hence we encourage them to take their medication. We monitor their progress through out the trial of the study. We focus the most on the vulnerable communities and engage with the community leaders for the support. We work 40 hours per week. We celebrate important events as co workers. We support one another in the times of need. We are reliable and punctual. The challenging part of the job as tracking down patients who give the wrong addresses. I enjoy training's .

Good capturing qualities, Confident, good working qualities

My job entails capturing patients files, compiling fascility daily stats and coordinating and tracing patients and ensuring that fascility meet Targets and perform well in Indicators. I enjoy working with people from different professions and capturing guality data that represents true reflection of the fascility. And take my job very serious and enjoy being a data capturer. Challeges includes tracing patients who dont want to take treatment and accounting for that and also working with minimal resources to complete task and activity required to complete the task. Enjoy working individual and as a team.

A good learning curve and environment

Working for Aurum is has been a good thing for me.I have learned a lot and the growth there is too much.And being part of the winning team has given a super power that anything is possible if you work together as a team and most important communication. It is a challenging during reporting because we are given a short time to report while we need to report accurate data and accurate data takes time .And changing of reporting indicators also add up in my challenges. I have worked for long here just need to grow myself in a different environment. And experience new challenges and new personal well being.

Im a team member who works really hard and am a very straight person who believes in honesty

i am a hard worker who also learns fast and is willing to go extra mile, i dont really like to work with lazy people because am afraid that they could devalue my strength. my motto is to put the company's needs first in whatever i do.
