Vibrant and innovative environment
A great environment to develop and also meet the demands of client base, a well organized sector with the ability to grow and provides opportunities to develop and learn more. Every day one wakes up to different challenges but the one goal is set to achieve and deliver the best level of service to our customers. Greatest challenge of all is to insure customer demands and queries are met and the trade doesnt loose its footprint or else the whole exercise of development to the area would be worthless. My relationship with my clients kicked off very well from the start due to my good communication skills and a was able to maintain a solid reputation going forward, this is all subject to one common goal "customer service " and this keeps me at common ground with my customers and I suppose this is the great part of my job.
Pros: Not at the peak of how I would escalate the global growth of the business and some of the ideas put on the table are overlooked.

Early mornings, multi-tasking environment, treat it like your own business
Good day I am Linda Cham, currently working for an FMCG company based in Isando. My role is Regional Logistics Manager, I oversee the management of 60% of the company's throughput. I manage an annual budget of about R150M assuming full responsibility of all variable and fixed costs with a clear mandate to meet and exceed volume targets while working within the specified budget. My role covers both warehouse and distribution functions In this current climate, saving costs is my no.1 priority. Low volumes as a result of COVID-19 and the National Lockdown have hindered the company's growth to a certain extent and when profits are low, it's common practice to save costs by scrutinising the income statement and cutting expenditure where u can. What I am looking for now is continued growth, a mentally stimulating working environment, an upbeat business culture that promotes high performance and celebrates successes, as well as a heightened remuneration package offering appealing benefits.

Good working atmosphere
We worked as a team which was a good thing and a good experience too each and everyday in case one of us did not make a target. Mostly I learned that no matter what negativity should not be a point that must be taken to mind but always be positive. Management always encouraged us to push of which we did.The hardest parMy days at work involve interacting with clients who are mainly operating the informal markets, i have an opportunity to meet different cultures which helps me grow as a person and understand the needs of each of them. the hardest part of the job is where i have to carry large amount of cash which possesses high risk of me being robbed, however the most enjoyable moment is when i have to fulfill my daily tasks and when management pay me a visit on tradet was to reach target everyday but which we did manage.

Bad
there is to much favpourtism and family working here and they make their own rules daily I tried to help and to grow my self but still all nitty petty things get in the way and its no use fighting because ytyou still lose

Was an awesome company but they are not promoting workers and the turnaround on staff is high. Wish them all the best but not a place to grow as a person
